1923 - 2017

Berma went home to be with the Lord on January 8, 2017 at the age of 93. She was the dear daughter of the late Jethro and Mary (Delar) Riles,  Berma married Earl E. Powers in 1941, Earl passed away in September of 1990 they shared 49 years of marriage. Berma is the dear mother of Gerald "Jerry" (wife- Betty Powers) and Daughter Margie (Husband-Gene Butler), and the late Tommy G. Powers. Beloved Grandmother of Joyce Powers Walsh (husband-Randee Walsh), David C. Butler (wife-Debbie Butler) and Philp D. Butler (wife-Melissa Butler), David H. Powers, Thomas Powers, Mathew Powers, Stephany Powers, Chris Powers and Michael Powers; dear great grandmother of Kevin Walsh and Kayla Walsh Hughes, Trent, Kara and Isabella Grace Butler. Dear Sister of Leola Riles Hall of Tennessee and a host of many nieces, nephews and cousins from Missouri, Illinois, Virginia, Florida and Tennessee.


Services: Visitation will be held Wednesday, January 11, 2017 from 10:00 am until service time starting at 11:00 am at First Baptist Church of Arnold, 2012 Missouri State Road Arnold, MO 63010  

Burial will be held the following day, January 12, 2017 at Judson Cemetery, next to her husband, Earl E. Powers in Scotts Hill, Tennessee.
