Manfred " Manny " Weiss

1956 - 2016

 

Manfred Weiss, 59, of St. Louis, Missouri passed away April 23, 2016. He was a career employee of US Steel in Granite City, Illinois. Manny's love of animals and his friends was only surpassed by the love for his family. Manny was the beloved partner of Oliver Gramlich for over 25 years; the loving son of Karl and Sonja (Riedel) Weiss, cherished brother of Christian, Walter (Linda), and Heidi (Dan) Frazier; dear uncle of Eric, Matthew, Kimberly, Marcus, Emily, Garrett, Austin, Alyssa, and great-uncle to Jack and Gavin. Manny was also very special to Beverly Gramlich and Selma Hoefler, as well as a friend to many. 


Visitation is Wednesday, April 27, from 4 to 8 p.m. at McLaughlin Funeral Home, 2301 Lafayette Ave., St. Louis, Missouri. Funeral Service Thursday, 11:00 a.m. Interment at Park Lawn Cemetery. Condolences welcome at mclaughlinfunerals.com. Donations may be made in Manny's name to the American Diabetes Association, American Kidney Foundation, or the Humane Society.
